Compensation (Range): $35.00 - $41.00/ hour

We are a leading staffing firm and our clients include some over the nation?s biggest companies. Our client has a need for a Technical Support. This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Your specific duties as a Technical Support will include:?????

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate various systems operations.
  • Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure timely resolution.
  • Performs advance root cause analysis and develops checklists for typical problems.
  • Provide technical support on a variety of issues.
  • Escalate problems to next level support professionals when necessary.

Job Requirements

As a Technical Support you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area and 5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Demonstrate excellent ability to support, review, analyze, and evaluate various systems operations.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate to all user community in written and verbal form.
  • Database creation/management, MS Access, SharePoint, process and/or standard creation.
  • Driving and Travel Requirements: Will be required to drive a company car.
  • A valid driver?s license is required as well as a clean driving record.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
