We are looking for CNAs/Caregivers/HHAs that can work PT/FT hours, weekdays and/or weekends.


SYNERGY HomeCare offers:



  • Independently owned franchise with a family feeling

  • Team oriented approach

  • Competitive pay $10-$14 per hour based on experience

  • Sign on bonus of $100 after 40 hours worked

  • Referral bonus of $150 for each recruit you add to our team (must complete 90 days of employment)

  • Paid orientation and ongoing training

  • Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays

  • Flexible schedules and matching caregivers with nearby clients

As a CNA/HHA/Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:



  • Provide clients with ADLs as directed, but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.

  • Assist with client medication reminders.

  • Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration.


Qualifications & Requirements



  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (training provided)

  • Current TB test

  • Reliable transportation/Valid driver's license

  • Prefer 1-year minimum Caregiving experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
