Engineering Administrative Assistant - JIFFY mixes

Manpower is currently seeking an Engineering Administrative Assistant to work at JIFFY mixes in Chelsea! This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with an annual salary of $36,000 - 41,000 per year. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and clerical support for the plant engineering staff. This individual is at the heart of the engineering staff's business operations and activities and keeps the team and its work moving forward. This person will anticipate the needs of engineers, managers, team members, and outside partners and help them stay focused on projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. Other duties include staying up-to-date with changes or developments in initiatives, projects, and strategies and use that knowledge to tactically support projects.
Interested candidates will have an associate's degree or equivalent (bachelor's preferred) along with a minimum of 5 years administrative experience, preferably in an environment related to engineering, architectural, or construction projects. Proficiency with MS Office suite is a must; experience with MS Project and AutoCad preferred. In addition to being organized and analytical, the ideal candidate will possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions, both internally and externally.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
