Responsibilities:
Silver Maples of Chelsea is looking for a Part Time Receptionist to work at our Maples Receptionist Desk on Saturdays from 10:
00 am to 5:
00 pm.
The Receptionist interacts in a courteous and friendly manner with residents, guests and staff.
This includes answering phones, way-finding, updating electronic bulletin boards and assisting guests and residents in various capacities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
1.
Demonstrate an interest in working with a senior population.
2.
Must possess good telephone communication skills.
3.
Must demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
4.
Must demonstrate a warm, outgoing and compassionate personality.
5.
Must be able to interact with residents, guests and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
6.
Should have adequate computer skills for the position to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
7.
Must possess general office skills, such as knowledge of the use of a copy machine & phone system.
Other information:
Holiday rotation and additional shifts as needed.
Willing to train the right candidate into full responsibility of position.
