How will you affect the business?Effectively manage high volume of incoming calls and walk insIdentify and assess client needs to achieve satisfactionQuoting, endorsements, certificates and will own the renewal processBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/toolsHandle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsWhat skills will make me successful in this role?Ability and desire to provide resultsDevelop professional relationships with your internal and external partnersEffective communicationUtilize your resilient and adaptable mindset in the face of shifting prioritiesEagerness to collaborate with all teams and employees.

years client service experience working with personal or commercial lines insuranceProperty and Casualty Insurance License requiredAgency Management System experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office We offer competitive salary based on your experience along with a comprehensive benefits package.
