Answer and direct phone calls Act as the point of contact for employees Maintain employee attendance record and create attendancereports.
Scan, copy, attach, and maintain personnelrelated documentation.
Gather personnel records from other departmentsor employees.
Examine employee files to answer inquiries andprovide information for personnel actions.
Qualifications andSkills High school diploma or equivalent, some collegepreferred One to three years of experience in a clericalenvironment Ability to handle confidential or sensitiveinformation.
